Case Law Thursdays is a signature VISN-AUS program designed to keep Acquisition Utilization Specialist (AUS) certification holders informed, engaged, and ahead of the curve on federal contracting legal matters. Each session features presentations by law student–lawyers and law students who deliver concise, practical legal briefs on significant federal contracting case law.

** Applicable Subjects - In most all cases each lesson will be subject to a Department of Veteran Administrations GAO level protest if and when are where applicable; depending on the need, severity or statutory impact other agency cases maybe used **
All sessions will be presented using the IRAC Method
The IRAC is a four-part writing method consisting of an Issue section, Rule Section, Application section, and Conclusion section.
